Why is there no wireless keyboard with numeric keypad from apple.

I agree. I miss the numeric keyboard and after having the bluetooth, going back to wires would be tough. I may end up with a usb keyboard though.
 
Because they discontinued it a few years ago, although you can still find them on Ebay and Craigslist. They did exist at one point.
 
Logitech makes one, but it has no caps indicator... It is pretty spiffy tho, uses solar to charge it.
