Are you surprised that people are buying it? I'm sure people assume that if it's in the app store it's legal. This does seem like one of those apps that Apple slept through its approval process though.

It was an app that let you download any song for free. Not sure where it got the songs, I didn't read the description that carefully.

Could it be that someone at Apple actually read these forums and that's how they found out about it?!?! (Since it was up for a few days, and then after a thread is posted here it's gone in less than 6 hours?)
