Why Is Video Constant Pausing In Freecaster.com

Trying to watch video footage on freecaster.com on my MBP 13inch i5
and every time i try watching the videos they are constantly pausing
start then pause constantly.

Anyone else have the same problem when trying to watch similar
and how did you over come the problem.
