Booted into Bootcamp just now and noticed that Windows 10 is not as bright as Mac OS. Why? Something to do with the Apple graphic drivers? Yes the brightness was set to max in Windows 10.

Try this in Windows:
  1. Go To - Settings>System>Display
  2. Turn Off "Adjust My Screen Brightness Automatically" Setting

Thank you, I was having the same issue, and suddenly after unchecking that box, the screen blinded me. I'm getting easily double the bright.
