I installed 16GB of RAM in my mac pro today and it went fine OS X recognised it and I installed windows 7 32bit on a bootcamp partition and it installed fine when I went into system however to check the stats and to perform the windows experience index the configuration information showed that there was 16GB of RAM but only 1.50GB was usable I know a 32Bit version of windows can't see more that between 3 and 4 GBs but I was expecting it to show 3.25GBs as that is what my other PCs have showed when they have had 4GB of RAM installed.

So could anyone help me out with some advice on how to fix this?

I know Windows can only see 3.3ish gigs of memory, total, including video card memory. You wouldn't happen to have 1.8gigs of vram, would you? :p

That's all I can think of, sorry!

Install a 64bit version of windows. A 32bit version won't see your ram correctly or be able to just use 4gb of it
