- When you don't use it as a phone, simply plugin the HDMI (dock version into iPhone) and go into AppleTV mode (possibly via an Apple-TV app).
- It has more storage than AppleTV (which doesn't really need any)
- It already has your music/ movies on it.
- You could use it as a gaming console to your TV.
- It could save space and unnecessary additional device as the AppleTV doesn't have much to offer hardware-wise, it's basically a cpu/ drive loaded with the AppleTV OS connected to the iTunes store and other internet streaming services (Netflix, Youtube, radio, etc)
- You can use the iTunes/ App store to get more content or games connected to your TV.
I don't get it why Steve Jobso didn't do this already if he's all for simplifying/ reduction.
The iPhone really can become everything.
