General Why isn't there weather in the notification center?

the app is nice though. the Weather app is now back on my main screen. I was using the weather channel app before. hopefully the TWC will update there app to follow the 7 scheme.

I actually miss one tap to update your fb and twitter. They took it out of the notification center. Unless I am missing something and there is a way to enable it? I am logged into fb and twitter in my settings like I would in iOS 6. And nothing shows up in the notification center.
