Why MacBook Pro 2017 ask for my password if im using Touch ID

Im using Touch ID but after resting my finger on the sensor and aproves the macbook always asks for my account password, this only happens with iTunes and App Store, and I don't know why is doing this.

Because you did not authorize it in System Preferences > Touch ID
