Why many good TV series don't show up?

Hi, usually there are many interesting TV series between 9-10pm in Canada but for the past few weeks, it seems that only old ones are broadcasted. For example, after StarTrek Picard, I saw Discovery Season 2 coming but nothing shows up. They keep broadcasting old StarTreak series. What happens?
 
Show production is not going on anymore, anything that was completed months ago can be broadcast. Until the situation changes not many shows are going to be new episodes.
