Why Microsoft is getting suit over Media Player?

I do not get the suits, now Korea is suiting as well. What is wrong with having media player or messenger?

It's all to do with the market share of Windows. As they have 95% (ish) market share when they bundle a product like WMP they have an advantage over their competitors like Real who cannot get consumer to download another player when WMP is already there.
