After screen replacement, everything working fine, but the iPhone gets very hot from the motherboard screen jack side and battery drains very fast. Any idea or solution please?

Was this an Apple or third party repair?

Third party.

This might be harder to deal with then since many third parties can be notoriously difficult to deal with. I'd reach back out to them and tell them you want the work redone.

If you get unlucky and the repair company refuses to help out then, depending on your territory and if you used a credit card to pay for the repair, you might be able to reach out to the card issuer for more assistance. If you used a debit card, cash or some form of Bitcoin then that avenue is closed off to you I'm afraid.
