Was wondering this as well. Hell, I'd like if they even made it possible to find my phone from the watch (other than pinging it).

Hmmm. I've got an Apple Watch series 4 with the latest WatchOS and it doesn't have a Find My app.

The app on the Apple Watch is actually called “Find People”, not “Find My”. So this seems to be intentional.

Was wondering this as well. Hell, I'd like if they even made it possible to find my phone from the watch (other than pinging it).

A third party app like "Phone Buddy" can help you find your phone using your watch. It even has separation alerts.

Really stupid it's not available on the watch, even more so on the Series 6 as it has the U1 chip.

Even the Apple Watch 6 can't location airtags?
I know my 4 can't do it, but was hoping the newer models with U1 could. I'd rather upgrade my watch than my phone if that would give me finer-grain location ability.

Though without the U1 capability, I do like the airtags way better than my old tiles.

Would be a very convenient feature to use the watch to find the Airtag. My phone is always somewhere in the house, but the watch always on my wrist..
