Why no Blu-Ray rippers for OS X?

I know you can use an external Blu-Ray drive and boot into Windows under boot camp to encode and rip Blu-Ray discs, but you can't do this under OS X.

Windows has tons of Blu-Ray encoders, but OS X has NONE. How is this possible that not one developer has made a single Blu-Ray app for Mac?
