Just wondering why the iPhoto app released yesterday doesn't work with the 4th generation iPod touch. It does have a camera (even though not a good one, both front facing and back). And shouldn't you still be able to use iPhoto to edit and share photos that are imported to the iPod?

Same questions goes for the first gen iPad. I have photos that I've imported using the camera connection kit. Why can't I have iPhoto installed on my iPad so that I can edit imported images?

For anyone still wondering, I found a workaround that works without needing a jailbreak:

Whoa whoa whoa, iPhoto iOS doesn't work on the iPod touch? What a daft idea that is! I guess I won't be picking it up after all. Might jailbreak for it though.

As you can see, you don't need to jailbreak. Just follow that 'how to' and you can have it on your iPod in less than 5 minutes.

Works pretty flawlessly for me now! Not sure why Apple didn't release it for iPod Touch...
