General Why no iTunes Beta?

Syncing with the current iTunes is a real mess. Doesn't support the Large Folders f.e.

There was a iTunes Beta in previous betas-lines

No one develops for large folders. Developers just need iOS 7 to load onto their devices and iTunes currently does that.

There was a iTunes Beta in previous betas-lines

Because along with iOS5 came OTA updates and iTunes betas were still required to install the iOS5 betas.
Along with iOS6 came iTunes match which required beta testing of its own through iTunes.
iOS7 has no corresponding iTunes dependant features.
