Why no MacRumors forum for pre-MtLion OSX i.e. Snow Leopard and Tiger

There are some users out there such as myself who are using Snow Leopard, and even some using Tiger. Why isn't there a forum for such people to discuss issues?

I'm sure if you asked any question about those operating systems in this forum (general OS X), you'd get good advice. The PowerPC forum is frequented by lots of members who know Tiger pretty well too.
