Why no music folders in ipad?

I was wondering if anyone new why music folders show up on my iphone 4 but do not on my ipad. The actually playlists are there but they are all listed individually. On my iphone they music folder is listed that I created in itunes on my Mac and the individual playlists are in the folder. Thanks

I believe it was added in iOS 4. Once 4.2 comes out for the iPad I think you'll see them there.
