I wonder what's keeping Apple from incorporating OIS into the 6s? Battery drain? Maybe because it's smaller than the 6s+ and thus easier to hold more steadily?

As much as I like my 6+ it sucks knowing that will never run games as quick as the 6 due to the extra pixels it has to render and scaling it has to do.

Possibly to generate more revenue, by incentivising you to purchase the more expensive + version.

Probably. It sucks that there has to be that trade off though. I hope Apple can someday work their magic and release their + models with faster A(number)X CPUs.

There already is a trade off though. Tbe 6+ gets an HD screen, better battery life and OIS. The i6 gets better performance, no lag and increased pocketability.

Because Apple wants more money, more more more.... Here in Holland the 6S will be sold for 750 euro, which means 851 dollars. And you get 16GB of storage space for that and no OIS. Thank you Apple, I love you.

It's simply easier to fit in the Plus, as the Plus models are thicker. That's all.
