Why can't I use TouchID to sign into my account on the Apple Store App?

Every time I login to view my order (which is every 30 minutes currently :D)
And I have to manually enter my Apple ID password it strikes me as odd that I can't simply use my fingerprint as I do when downloading apps or buying songs.

just be thankful you don't have to do it 80% of the time when downloading apps or buying something. my phone forgets it has touch ID whenever it wants to.
