Why no ultimate 21.5 refurbs?

I always see maxed out 27 inch models come up, but never the 21.5 with i7, 16gb ram and an SSD. Am I just missing out on these deals constantly or is there a reason they don't display them in the refurb store?

Because people realized that they didn't want a half-baked model and returned them for a full-specced one.

I have a 21.5" with i7/16/256GB (Samsung) PCIe SSD + 750M, and I'm definitely not returning it!

It's been serving me well since late-2013
