We are 19 months on from the 5.5 inch iPhone being announced to the world.

Its ridiculous, the 6(S) Plus has a lovely screen that does great things in landscape mode, why isn't there more support from the 'big' apps? Stuff like Facebook is a minor inconvenience, but YouTube surely has to support landscape mode, how annoying is it when you have your phone resting in landscape watching a Youtube video, then it stops and you have to navigate the menus sideways to get to the next video.

Even if the apps have supported it they haven't utilised it. Twitter does have support although it doesn't do it that well, could do with the top and bottom menus disappearing when scrolling.

Anyone else annoyed by the lack of landscape support on apps this far past the 5.5 inch screen size launching?
