Why Snow Leopard startup slow down after sometime!!!

Hi,

The time I start using snow leopard was hell fast, i cant count to 5 and its shutdown.. now its taking a bit longer!! i havent installed anything than the latest iTunes!! Any idea!! is there any cache or something to clear!!
