Why so few updates in Cydia lately????

Hey everyone,

I open Cydia every morning and usually there is at least 20 news apps/tweaks/mods or updates under the Change tab. But lately, within the last 10 days or so when I check the change tab I only see 1-4 news apps/tweaks etc.

What is going on here? Is it because Cydia is expecting a major update so Saurik isn't accepting any new stuff? Just wondering what is going on that's all.

4.2 is pending so it makes sense that authors are busy preparing updates for 4.2.

4.2 is supposedly being released this Friday. No sense in updating packages/Cydia for 4.1 when 4.2 is right around the corner.

I guess this would depend on how many Cydia apps/tweaks one has installed.
Most updates I can remember at one time was about 4.
OP you must have a boatload of stuff installed.
