Why so vague on the JB sites?

I follow one of the top JB's and keep getting signs that a JB is done for ipad 3 and the 4S on 5.1. Here is the verbiage:

JAILBREAK 5.1.1 UNTETHERED : IPHONE 4S, IPAD 3, IPAD 2. DONE.

Yet when I go to the link advertising this - http://gdeluxe.com/jailbreak-5-1-1-untethered-iphone-4s-ipad-3-ipad-2-done/

there is nothing for either device for 5.1. Am I missing something?

Nope. They are saying its done but for reasons only known to them, they are not releasing it yet.

It is not known only to them. Pod2g has said they are cleaning things up and making sure it is idiot and whiner proof (my words, not his). The people who complain, "Where's my jb?" would also be the first to complain if they had a problem when using it.

The site you reffer to is nothing more than a news relay site, it's not one of the top JB-ers.

Pod2g tweeted today he has iPad3 5.1 running untethered and will try 5.1.1
No-one else is going to release an untether for 5.1
