Why sometimes when a TV is used as display, it is identified as AppleTV rather than PC?

Hello, I have a TV connected to Mac Mini M4. Sometimes it is identified as PC which works fine but sometimes Mac OS identified it as AppleTV which sometimes caused problems. How to prevent identification of TV as AppleTV?

While I've only ever connected a PC to a TV, it seems like almost every macOS display/monitor related issue can be dealt with using BetterDisplay.

I've read this a few times and am still confused about *where* your TV is "identified" as "AppleTV". Doesn't seem like you're talking about the display settings or resolution. I have an M4 mini connected to an old Samsung smart TV and this is what I see. When I looked at system report, it basically showed the same thing.

Are you talking about a smart TV showing up on your network? Does the smart TV have the AppleTV app? (mine does not). Or maybe you're talking about AirPlay?
