Now that itunes plus is 99 cents a track why is Apple still charging uses to upgrade their collection to itunes plus? I thought about upgrading my 54 songs to it but it would still cost me 15.99!

Beats paying $.99 for each song. Probably the same reason Apple couldn't enable Draft-N for free on the first batch of MacTels that had the chip.
