Well, to most people this might seem obvious. Thought it would be interesting to discuss. What do you think? Agree or disagree?

"What I object to is that Apple deliberately hobbled features on the iPhone 6 because they wanted to market the 6 and 6+ together and show enough difference between the two products (otherwise they would have come on stage and the 6+ would have just been a 6 in a bigger case).

The 6 is only a fraction smaller than the Galaxy S4 and that could easily fit a 1080p screen in nearly 2 years ago, there's no reason they couldn't have put one in the 6. The 6+ is only 7.1mm thick and fits a optical image stabiliser, no-one would have complained if they had increased the depth of the 6 from 6.9mm to 7.1mm and put one in that phone as well (after all the 5s was 7.6mm thick and is slim enough).

Apple can now sit on their hands for a whole year, release the 6s in 2015 with a 1080p screen and the optical stabilisation that should have been in the phone they announced yesterday and proudly make the claim that they have upgraded the features.
Sickeningly disrespectful to your customers."
