why the "Usage" & "Standby" show nothing after fully charged?

just bought an iphone, and this is the first full charge on it. I think it has been fully charged( since the battery icon turns to "plug"). but why the usage and standby(in the general setting) show nothing about this charge?

It always doesn't report it in real time. By the time you read this you would see.
