Why there is no iWork apps in my country's store?

Hi, I would like to know why there is no Iwork apps like pages and keynotes in the Israeli store? Is there a reason it wont work here?

Every European iTunes store on the PC sells all the iPad apps with the exception of iWork and a few games (eg, Scrabble) and some location-specific services.

I bought an American iTunes voucher from a 3rd party vendor and downloaded Pages that way.

That's my point, you used a US account to get it. The ones you can get aren't made by Apple, iWorks is.
