Why two "Launchd" in Activity Monitor?

I am the only user logged in. Why is there two "launchd" and it appears to be two of the same stuff running in Activity Monitor? One under "root" and the other "HiFiGuy".

root does own the first launchd.

PID 1 launchd is owned by root

You own the other one. My launchd is PID 105.
