Why was my MBP shouting at me last night ? !

So there I am a full 6 hours in to my first experience with OS X......then it begins......my MBP shouting "say something !"........."saaaaaay something !".


WTF ?! this seemed to be happening quite randomly sometimes one after another, sometimes a 30 - 60 second gap.

The only programme I was using at the time....I think....was a P2P client......

I rebooted and it stopped...

They're flash based and when you hover over them, they make sounds like "Say something".
