Sometimes here mostly there
I have a stupid question. Maybe someone had that problem before. I have an account in US iTMS but a lot of songs I would like to buy are in Swedish, UK and Canadian. Why cant we buy it?? What is the problem??

I think a key reason is one of copyright – Apple had to negotiate deals with the record labels on a country by country basis. Just because they have the rights to sell a song in the US doesn't mean that they have the rights to sell the same song in the UK or Italy.

It has to do with the legal agreements between record labels and such. Some authorize to be sold only in that particular store, so only people registered in that store can buy them. It sounds dumb but it's basically just legal mumbo jumbo

Thanks! I thought so, but still its strange that I have to use twwo different credit cards to buy two songs from the same label. its like some albums /EMI, Sony/ are avalible on US and some on UK iTMS. Thats straight way to piracy
