Why when I backup my 3gs and I hit restore I don't see today's date for a backup?

I'm confused I plan to get a replacement phone at apple today due to battery issues and I hit backup and it says backing up iphone and then i hit restore to check if I see today's date and time when I backed it up and all I see is 2 backups, one from June 10 and one from June 11? Ive definitely backed it up several times since then....

I have been having some problems with back ups also. I started a thread on it a while back and didn't get many responses. Apparently you and I are the only ones with the problem.
