iPad Why won't apps install on my iPad?

ProTuber was recently removed from the App Store and I still have it on my iPod but it tends to crash a ton so I'm trying to transfer it to my iPad 4 using iFunbox but it keeps failing. I have the documents and I backed it up to an IPA since I can't find a trusted download of it online but whenever I try to install it it always fails. iPad is 7.0.4

open itunes, click file, device, transfer purchases

it'll sync all your apps from your iPod to your itunes library. from there, you can choose to install the app on your ipad

I use that too! But the one thing that bugs me is that the keyboard is the iOS 6 version but i'll live . I wish it wasn't pulled and would continue receiving updates though
