Why Yahoo Video Call Sound Not So Good On Iphone 4

hello all ...

i have iphone 4 , when i make video call on yahoo using my iphone calling to pc yahoo , other user on pc cannot hearing what i say , sometime i have to rebeat because over there is not hearing clear , but i'm hearing very clear what they said , i'm using apple default headphone ,

what i have to do now to fix that ?
do i have to buy difference headphone with mic that work better than apple headphone

It could be the microphone but more likely it's the connection speed which is causing stutter.
