Wi-Fi before login

Hello !
I have iMac with Mac OS Catalina. I need the Wi-Fi to turn on before I log in, because without a connection I cannot connect to Active Directory. How can I solve this problem?

1. Press and hold the Option (Alt) key immediately after turning on or restarting your Mac.
2. Release the Option key when you see the Startup Manager window.

At this point you'll be able to connect to a WiFi network (top right corner). When you did, just restart your Mac regularly; it should remember that network upon the next login.
