Not sure exactly when, but sometime within the past few weeks both my 2016 MBP 2016 and 2020 iMac lost ability to make/receive calls over wifi. When I try making calls, I get this error which returns suspiciously few results on google: "Wi-Fi Calling Is Not Available on This Wi-Fi Network".
Have not changed any settings or equipment on my network. I double-checked settings on all devices and everything is still enabled.

Toggled everything off and back on again, rebooted all network gear, disabled Little Snitch. No change.
This weekend I brought my MPB to two different friends' homes where I was previously able to make/receive calls on my laptop and still got the same error message. Has anyone seen this before? Thanks!
