To preface, I have an iPhone 6s and am on Verizon.
For the first time, I turned on Wi-Fi calling a few minutes ago. After enabling, my status bar changed to indicate I Wi-Fi calling was active.
Out of curiosity (to test), I turned Wi-Fi off and indeed it showed Verizon LTE. I turned Wi-Fi back on, but the status bar never changed back to indicate that Wi-Fi calling was on.
I have since turned it off and back on, reset network settings and restarted my phone but my status bar still only now says "Verizon" with the Wi-Fi symbol next to it.
Has anyone encountered this issue? Does anyone know how to get Wi-Fi calling working again?
Edit: It was back for 5 minutes, but has now disappeared again..
