Hi all I am new have I have a very strange problem with my iPhone
I wonder if anyone can help

Right I have enabled Wi-Fi calling on my iPhone 11
But for some reason it won’t work
On my router
My friends have connected to my Wi-Fi
They can all call fine
I can Wi-Fi call from other Wi-Fi
Like friends house or a public Wi-Fi
But my phone won’t Wi-Fi call from my own home Wi-Fi
I was wondering if anyone has any idea
Thanks jason

Try resetting your network settings on your iphone.

Yes other people can Wi-Fi call from my router
Oh yes, you did mention it in your OP, also resetting your iP network setting already.

Those other people, do they all have newer phones? Can an ISP even limit WiFi support based on the age of an iPhone? Have Apple Care come up with a theory?

Some of my friends have older phones
I have spoken with apple
They said for some reason my router maybe blocking just my iPhone

Possible. Guessing you're on the latest firmware with the router. I'm in DE and here (for VDSL) a router provided by the ISP has a 2 yr warranty or is rented, albeit I got a new "base" unit replaced after 5 yrs. Is that an option? If from ISP I guess you can reset to factory, restart, empty its cache and it should reconnect by phoning home.
