Wi-fi doesn't reconnect after waking from sleep?

So I recently started experiencing this problem where if I connect my iPhone with my home Wi-Fi, it would work but when I put the phone to sleep and wake it up again - it wont reconnect with the Wi-Fi.

This is an annoying problem to say the least. Does anyone have the same issue?

I was having that problem too. What I did and seem to be working still is

Go to Setting>General>Reset>Reset Network Setting

Warrning: it will reset all the passwords on your iPhone that you have connected to the wireless in the past
