iPhone 4S will not scan for wi-fi networks, and will not connect to my wi-fi network when the network name is entered.
I am unable to update to IOS 8.4 without a wi-fi connection.
Also, phone is generally "glitcy". Is it possible that my phone has been hacked? How do I fi it?
