My original iPhone 4 battery went bad. I had to get 2 replacements last week. Neither iPhone would connect to my Moms router, but my old one did w/o a problem. When I go into Wi-Fi on the phone and enter the password, I get the message 'Unable to join the network', then "network name".

I have tried turning Wi-Fi OFF/ON, but no luck. I rebooted the router. I have no problem connecting my new iPhone at home or even to my works Wi-Fi. I have confirmed the password by going into the routers settings. The firmware is up to date according to the Linksys site. It looks like that last update on the site was July 2010

The router is a Cisco/Linksys WRT160N V3.

There are 4 other devices connected to the network currently w/o an issue. It's just my phone that won't connect. Is this a 5.1.1 issue? I don't remember if my old iPhone had this version, but it was set up in the phone and it would automatically connect. On my old phone, my last backup was 4/30 from what I could tell, but I don't know when the last software update was done. So the new iPhone may be the newest version I had.

Any help is appreciated.
