The screenshot below shows an ad hoc or computer to computer network called SETUP. Can someone tell me how to delete it? Thanks in advance!

You can't delete it. It's just showing you a list of wifi networks you can connect to. The SETUP is just a device that hasn't been setup yet, like a router, wifi speaker, and etc. You're not actually connected to it.
