Wi-Fi problem after the last update

After the last update the Wi-Fi won't work properly. Now when I wake up my MBP I have to switch off the Wi-Fi and switch it back on in order to be connected to the Internet. I used to open the lid and by the time I enter my password, I'd be already connected. What happened and how to fix it?
