Hi
I moved in to my new place and there is no internet connection there, dose anybody knows if I can use my Iphone 4 as a Wi-Fi router and then connect to the internet with my MacBook??????
My phone is unlocked factory and I did not sign any contract with any operation system I want to use my simcard and then connect to the internet.
I know that Its possible with windows and Android ???/
cheers

Pretty sure tethering is an option for the "deluxe" plan (or whatever) through
AT&T but you need 3G.

You can't make a wifi signal appear out of nowhere, without a router hardwired to the internet.

There is a paid application in Cydia that does the same, but you need a 3G plan also.
