Wich iPhone wil i get if I buy now

Hi, I was thinking of buying a new iPhone, to use it outside the US, but as far as i know there are only simfree hacks to the 1.0.1 1.0.2 iPhone firmware and not the new 1.1.1 firmware.
So my question is, which firmware I will get on my iPhone if I will buy it now from the apple online store?(I am hoping 1.0.2) and what about the apple retail store can i get an iPhone with 1.0.2 on it over there?

It really depends but I would think that the phones available now will come with 1.1.1
