Wicked 3G Slowness since 10am, 3G is Crawling

I am in Albany NY, and loading the app store and browsing has been slower than dial up or it times out. Safari times out also. Did not load the newest update.

A co-worker is having the same issues. We put an AT&T wifi card in a laptop and it gets 5 bars and excellent signal and surfing the web.

Anyone else having these problems? Or is this a battery saving feature?

in wilmington, de and i cant get any data working on 3g as of last 30 mins.

Had this problem today in DC too... but I just went into Settings and turned 3G off for a minute and then turned it back on and now everything seems fine
