There's a Japanese TV series called Neon Genesis Evangelion. It's an anime, and it portrays giant mecha robots that fight evil invaders (sounds really clichéd, but it's really awesome).
Usually, the robots have an "umbilical cable" that delivers power to the 'bot, and whenever it is severed, it drops right off, and a battery timer appears, counting down the minutes and seconds until activation ceases.
Basically, what I'm trying to do is make a similar style timer contained within a widget. I've got a basic layout for the thing planned out, but I have no idea how I'd make a battery indicator, or how I'd make the indicator shown using JPEG numbers (I want "alarm clock" style numbers, so I'm using images).
Anyhow, I was hoping that there might be some Eva fans out there, or just nice people that'd be willing to help me in my (silly) endeavour
