Widget for monitoring internet usage

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew of a widget that would monitor your monthly upload/download usage? Or at the least a bit torrent client that does the same thing? Thanks!

Not a widget nor a torrent client but Surplus meter will keep a monthly record of uploads and downloads. (Freeware)

Does anyone else recommend any Internet Bandwidth Usage Monitor programs? (Does not have to be widget)

iStat is handy but it does not keep totals over a monthly period, it restarts over every time you restart laptop
SurplusMeter?
ProteMac Meter?
Net Monitor?

Yes but I was hoping for some feedback of the other programs mentioned and if anyone recommends other programs besides SurplusMeter...

There is a new widget for SurplusMeter provided free. http://swidget.evilclaystudios.com it requires SurplusMeter to be installed thou. But SurplusMeter is also free.
