Wierd audio glitch on 2011 MBP

Hey guys, noticed a very strange thing on bootcamp, not sure if it happens in OSX as well.

I was playing Call Of Duty with headphones in, and although my system sounds were coming through the headphones, Call Of Duty was coming through the internal speakers.

Any ideas??!?!?!

Mega frustrating!
